A late registration is still possible until March 20, 2023.
The late registration fee of 600 EUR contains the costs for all coffee breaks, lunches, dinners including the conference dinner, the use of conference facilities, and the conference shuttle bus, hence no additional costs will occur for food at the conference (except for the free evening on Tuesday). Accommodation and travel should be booked independently.
We strongly recommend to book a room at one of the hotels listed on our website.

The registration is finalized only after the payment has been completed. Please check the announcement on the screen carefully after you have signed up, as it will confirm your registration. Once your money has been received on our account, you will be sent a confirmation of payment in pdf format. It may take a few days until you get the confirmation. Cancellation Policy:
Please note that in case of cancellation 40 Euros will be kept due to costs related to cancellation processing.
Reimbursements:
In order to encourage participants to come by train to the conference, we offer the possibility of train ticket reimbursement (up to the maximum amount of the conference fee). For further information and conditions for reimbursement can be found here.
